菲律賓語言
菲律賓語言包括菲律賓所有使用中的語言。依據不同分類方法，菲律賓有120到175種語言和方言[5] 。幾乎全屬於馬來-波利尼西亞語族，僅有零星例外，如查瓦卡諾語是一種來自羅曼語族的克里奧爾語。菲律賓有兩種官方語言（英語和菲律賓語）。而截至2017年，有19種官方輔助語言（地區語言）[4]。若包括第二語言的使用者，使用菲律賓語的人口還是多於英語[6]。

現今菲律賓本土文字（如庫利坦字母、塔格班瓦字母（英语：Tagbanwa）等）的使用很少；主要由於西班牙和美國的殖民地經驗，菲律賓語言今日大多使用拉丁字母。然而，最著名的菲律賓本土文字贝贝因字母仍存在一些官方應用，用來書寫菲律賓鈔票上“Pilipino”一詞。另外，菲律賓南部一些穆斯林地區也使用阿拉伯字母。
